Special Conditions for Seminars and Trainings

These Special Conditions for Seminars and Trainings extend the General Terms and Conditions of the Laserworld (Switzerland) AG if trainings or seminars are booked.

§1 Booking

The registration for participating at a traning or seminar is binding.

§2 Cancellation

A cancellation fee of 20% of the training/seminar fee is due on cancellation of a reservation.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the training/seminar fee is due on cancellation of a reservation withing 10 days prior to the event.

In case the participant does not show up at the booked event, the full training/seminar fee is due.

§3 Cancellation of the event

If the minimum number of participants for an event is not reached by latest 5 days before the event, we reserve the right to cancel the event. Booking fees will be refunded.

§4 Participation without prior booking

Participation at an event without prior booking is not possible. The instructor may reject non-booked participants from the event.

Participants that have not booked in advance but participate at an event (if accepted by the instructor) are charged an additional handling fee of 80€ incl. 19% VAT to the last minute booking fee.
